Introduction
Welcome to Rentazza. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our mobile application and rental marketplace platform. By downloading, registering, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Registration
• You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and list properties or communicate with owners. • You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information during registration. You are solely responsible for protecting your account login credentials.
2. Nature of the Service (Marketplace Disclaimer)
• Rentazza is an online intermediary marketplace platform connecting property owners ("Hosts") with people looking to rent ("Renters"). • THRIGUN IT TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED does not own, inspect, manage, or control any of the properties listed on the app. • We do not act as a real estate agent or a party to any rental agreements executed between users. Users are strictly advised to conduct their own physical verifications, legal title checks, and due diligence before making payments or signing tenancy agreements.
3. Prohibited Conduct and Listing Guidelines
Users agree not to upload, post, or distribute content that: • Is false, inaccurate, misleading, or misrepresents property availability/features. • Infringes upon any third-party intellectual property rights. • Violates the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules. • Discriminates against renters based on race, religion, caste, gender, or sexual orientation. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate accounts that publish spam, fraudulent listings, or engage in abusive communication.
4. Commercial Transactions and Fees
• Accessing the basic platform features may be free, but Rentazza reserves the right to charge premium listing fees, listing boost charges, or advertising costs. • All digital payments are securely processed through integrated, third-party Reserve Bank of India (RBI)-authorized payment gateways.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, THRIGUN IT TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from user interactions, fraudulent listings, property damage, lease disputes, or any breach of contract between Property Owners and Renters.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located where the company is registered.
